What configuration should my computer have to view this site?
Minyanville.com works best with either PC Internet Explorer 5.5+ or Mac IE 5.1+ with at least Flash 7. Internet Explorer is not supported for Mac OS X. If you're using this operating system we suggest Mozilla or Safari.

How do I contact customer service?
To contact Customer Service send an email through our customer care form and select Customer Service from the subject drop down list. Our customer Support team will respond between the hours of 8am-6pm EST.

What are your hours of operation?
The Minyanville site makes best effort to be available to its readers 365 days a year. Our customer service and technical team of support are available Monday through Friday from 8am-6pm, EST.

How do I contact technical support?
To contact our Technical Support department send an email through our customer care form and select Technical Support from the subject drop down list.

How can I contact you from overseas?
Members from overseas can reach customer service by emailing us through our customer care form and select Customer Service from the subject drop down list.

Membership Account Information

 

How do I log in?
When you click on the Login button in the header of the website, you will be prompted to enter your user name, password and billing information. After successfully entering this information you will have full access to the Minyanville content. If you have forgotten your user name and password, select the "forgot password" link in the header area.

How does auto-login work?
Minyanville uses a unique identifier to authenticate your login, otherwise referred to as a "cookie." Once you have logged in, Minyanville.com will automatically assign you a cookie. The cookie file exists to keep you logged in as you browse across different areas of the site. If you have selected "Remember my Member ID and Password on this Computer" at the log in screen, the same cookie is used to remember you the next time you come to Minyanville.com.

If you do not have a cookie-enabled browser, or if you reject the cookie, your login attempt will fail and you will be unable to access our site.

Note: If you use a second computer (e.g. home v. office) you will need to log in again on the second computer. This is because Minyanville only sets a cookie on the first computer you use to access our site. You may log in on a second computer, but you will need to re-enter your username and password. You will NOT have to re-register for the site on a second computer.

How do I change my username or password?
You can change your username or password after you have successfully logged in by selecting the "manage account" link in the header area. Go to the username or password fields that are pre-populated with your current information, enter the new information and select "save changes."

How do I change my email address?
Your email address is your username. If your email address changes, you need to change it on the website to continue to get valuable email alerts from Minyanville. To change your email address, after you have successfully logged in select the "manage account" link in the header area of the site. Go to the username field that is pre-populated with your current information, enter the new information and select "save changes."

I forgot my username and password. Can you email it to me?
If you have forgotten your username and password we can send it to you. You can select the "forgot password" link from the header area to have your user name and password emailed to you.

When does my membership end?
If you are a Monthly subscriber your account is valid for the term of each prepaid month of use. You are billed every month for access to Minyanville. If for any reason your credit card does not clear your account will be suspended. If you terminate your account or your account has been suspended and you want to reactivate your subscription, you must select the "manage account" link in the left navigation area or the “Hall of Records” link in Town Hall and modify your account so that your credit card can be successfully charged.

To update or select which alerts you would like to receive, after logging in, select the "Manage Account" link from the header area.

How can I remove myself from Minyanville email alerts?
To update which alert you would like to stop receiving, after logging in, select the "Manage Account" link from the header area. "Minyanville Benefits" and un-select the email you would like to stop receiving.

How can I remove myself from receiving any emails from Minyanville.com?
To unsubscribe from all email alerts, after logging in, select the "Manage Account" link from the header area. "Minyanville Benefits" and un-select all the email you would like to stop receiving.
